SCC Council General Meeting- information on the CISP Draft Plan 2026-2056.
The CISP 2026-2035 is a comprehensive 30-year roadmap for community infrastructure across the Shoalhaven that will guide future planning and decision-making, providing a clear picture of the region’s current and future needs.
Council will consider the Community Infrastructure Strategic Plan (CISP) and Action Plan 2026-56 at the upcoming Council Ordinary Meeting on Tuesday 22 September.
The plan was recently updated in response to community feedback, following public exhibition earlier this year. If adopted, the plan will set a long-term strategic direction for community infrastructure and recommend 648 individual assets across the Shoalhaven.
To assist the three villages of Bawley Point, Kioloa and Termeil in understanding which assets are impacted, we have provided the Plan itself, links to the SSC CISP information page, an extract from the 22/09 SCC Agenda, and an AI-generated summary of the Assets in our villages information, which can be checked against the Asset Number in the plan.
It’s reasonable to conclude that any upgrades or new assets will most likely come from community effort when working with Council through Grants and community-led projects.
