The Community Association reviews Development Applications that are of public interest and brings them to the attention of the community if it believes there is a likely impact. However as a general rule the Committee does not have a role in specific land owner development applications unless it believes that there may be an impact on the community ie a major sub division.

As part of its role as a Community Consultative Body (CCB), the Committee will raise with Council any community concerns about development applications that impact the community and is of course a channel for consultation from the Council to the community should Council seek consultation about specific developments
