Please find attached the draft SCC Council working paper on proposed CCB model changes, presented to the Combined CCB Working Group at a meeting on Monday, 16th February 2026, with the CEO (AC) & Mayor White. This matter regarding the future operational model for our CCB/Community Association will be discussed at the General Meeting this Sunday, 22/02, commencing at 09:00 AM.

See below the Combined CCB discussion proposal document, note the Working Group meeting with the Mayor and CEO on Monday, 16th February 2026. This WG are only presenting the proposal, not negotiating any outcome; this task belongs to all CCBs in consultation with their Communities.

Please note this is an important General Meeting to discuss proposed changes and potential improvements to the existing operational Community Association/CCB model, following the recent Council Motion on 16th December 2025. It is intended that all changes be implemented by 1st July 2026. Following the January holiday break, we welcome your attendance and contributions, as it’s the first opportunity to hear from our Three Villages, the CEO, and our elected officials in person. BPKTCA welcomes review processes that engage with the Community and all Stakeholders; there is always room for improvement.

The Combined CCB Working Group Paper will be published the week ending 13/02/2026. This will be a source of information and or draft proposals for all CCBs and this Community Association. Your views are most important to agree on the future model with the Council and other CCBs.
