Financial Sustainability-BPKTCA can confirm, as per the recommendations of most CCBs last year, that the Financial Review Panel, including external independent financial experts, has been established. Terms of reference have been agreed. The previously reported financial position has deteriorated substantially.

33 Forest Rd:- Following some prompt action by community members and the association, the matter has been well-resolved in the interests of all stakeholders, including the proponents. This confirms the importance of having your say and getting involved when the Council seeks engagement. The final amended solution respects the environment, existing planning expectations and the character of Kioloa.
