Across Australia\, RAPs are built on four stages of development\, often spanning decades\, to ensure genuine progress. Each step requires demonstrated commitment and measurable outcomes\, reflecting a journey of healing and respect. \nShoalhaven’s RAP will be launched in May 2025 and finalized in late 2026. DESCRIPTION:Undoubtedly\, the Council\, its staff\, Councillors\, Mayor White and the recently formed Finance Advisory Committee are working hard to solve the financial crisis. \nFive recent natural disasters and historical poor capital work decisions have not helped the situation. The Council has a staff freeze\, and capital projects are on hold.
