The event will take\nplace at the Huskisson Market on the Huskisson Sportsground\, Kioloa Street Huskisson from\n8am till 2.00pm \n.\nPeople will have the opportunity to:\n• Learn about EV models available in Australia today\n• Talk to local owners of 4 EV models (including Tesla\, Hyundai Ioniq and MG4)\n• Chat about EV charging and use of home solar power\n• Discuss savings and costs and the advantages of EV ownership\nThere are so many benefits to driving an electric car: significantly lower emissions\, much\ncheaper to run and maintain\, fun to drive\, cleaner air and quieter neighbourhoods\nLocal owners of EVs will be on hand to talk about their choice of EV and what it is like to\nown one in the Shoalhaven.\nMost new EVs can do over 350 kms on a full charge\, and the average kms driven per day\nis only 33 kms\, and you can top that up overnight.\nPlus there are more and more EV chargers being built all the time – check out Plug Share\nmaps in your area [https://www.plugshare.com/]. \nContact John Clark at Repower Shoalhaven 0401794064.
