DESCRIPTION:Undoubtedly\, the Council\, its staff\, Councillors\, Mayor White and the recently formed Finance Advisory Committee are working hard to solve the financial crisis. \nFive recent natural disasters and historical poor capital work decisions have not helped the situation. The Council has a staff freeze\, and capital projects are on hold.
